This policy explains what information NextUp Services LLC (“NextUp,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. We keep this simple, because we collect very little.

If you fill out our contact or booking form, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, business name, email address, and your message (for example, what you’d point AI at first). If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the details needed to set up that meeting.

Like most websites, our host and the services we use may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to you and schedule or hold a call;

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

This site is for business users and is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “last updated” date will reflect the most recent version.
